Patchwork Cushion for Beginners (Peak District)
Couldn't load pickup availability
Join us for a relaxed session at the Stitch & Run Studio in Sheffield on the edge of the Peak District, and make your own patchwork cushion!
We will make a beautiful pieced patchwork of squares, incorporated into a quilted cushion cover with an envelope back.
The cover will measure 51cm x 51cm
This class is ideal for beginners who are looking to learn new skills, such as sewing with accurate 1/4" seams for patchwork and quilting.
The session includes use of a machine, wadding, backing fabric and refreshments (drinks & snacks). You will need to purchase a charm pack of 5" fabric squares (please seek my advice before purchasing any fabric if you are unsure) Alternatively, I have a selection of charm packs available to purchase. You may also wish to bring a cushion to insert into your finished Cushion Cover.
Suitable for adults (max 3 per session)*
*Please note there is a minimum requirement of 2 bookings for this class to go ahead.
